A few years ago, Vicky Paladino told her husband to stop the car so she could get out and yell at Mayor Bill de Blasio, who was in her Queens neighborhood for a photo op. As he sucked up to her neighbors, she let him have it, and de Blasio scrambled back to his car rather than face her and address her concerns.
