Anti-Cop protesters flooded Harlem streets demanding free subway service in the wake of an NYPD fair evasion crackdown. 58 were arrested. Chanting "fukk the police" and "fare free NYC," the marchers carried signs along 125th St. before hanging a left uptown on 3rd Ave. to stop traffic and take over the 3rd Ave. Bridge.
